Our History
2016 – 2022: The Garage Days (minus the garage)
Once upon a time in 2016, a visionary named Jyoti Khanal decided that Nepal needed smarter IT solutions and a lot more caffeine. Thus, Joyrush Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was born—with two brave souls, a laptop, and dreams bigger than their office chairs. The team dived into offshore support and consultancy, working tirelessly (and sometimes sleep-deprived) for four solid years. They didn’t make the news, but they definitely made deadlines!
2022 – 2023: Enter the Dream Team & The Birth of OptERP
In 2022, Joyrush evolved (think caterpillar-to-butterfly style) into Geofinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd., with Mr. Sujit Maharjan (CTO) and Mr. Chij Lama (COO) joining the league of extraordinary tech gentlemen. The trio didn’t just rebrand; they built a whole ERP system from scratch. The result? OptERP, a mighty solution designed to tame the wild beasts of healthcare, education, manufacturing, and retail industries. The local market noticed, and the dominoes of success began to fall.
2023 – 2024: From Local Hero to ERP Superhero
Geofinity started getting noticed—by clients, competitors, and even landlords. The team packed up from Lazimpat and moved to the "big leagues" in Baluwatar (okay, just a better office). They became known for ERP solutions so efficient they made spreadsheets cry. Their tools found homes in both public and private sectors, thanks to deep expertise in databases, programming, and ICT mainstreaming (plus a mild obsession with system design).
2024 – 2025: Going Global—No Passport Required
Armed with nearly a decade of experience and some international phone numbers, Geofinity shook virtual hands with Outix (Australia) and KLHealth (USA). The company also turned its creative genius toward expanding OptERP—adding new, shiny modules specifically for healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. At this point, if there were an Olympic event for ERP customization, Geofinity would’ve taken gold.
2025 – 2026: The Rise Continues (With Snacks and Strategy)
Now firmly planted in Baluwatar, the heart of Kathmandu, Geofinity has blossomed into a team of 18 brilliant minds (up from just 4—it’s getting cozy!). With 12 happy customers, 3 global service partners, and 5 kickass products under its belt, Geofinity isn’t just growing—it’s thriving. And with big plans, bigger ideas, and possibly the biggest whiteboard in the office, the best is yet to come.
