In 2016, visionary Jyoti Khanal founded Joyrush Solutions Pvt. Ltd. alongside two passionate dreamers, armed with a single laptop and a caffeine-driven mission—to craft intelligent IT solutions and meet every deadline, even without making the headlines.
Enter the Dream Team & The Birth of OptERP
In 2022, Joyrush evolved into Geofinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd., marking a bold new chapter with the launch of OptERP—an innovative ERP powerhouse transforming healthcare, education, manufacturing, and retail sectors, and empowering businesses toward greater success.
From Local Hero to ERP Superhero
Geofinity started getting noticed—by clients, competitors, and even landlords. The team packed up from Lazimpat and moved to the "big leagues" in Baluwatar (okay, just a better office). They became known for ERP solutions so efficient they made spreadsheets cry. Their tools found homes in both public and private sectors, thanks to deep expertise in databases, programming, and ICT mainstreaming (plus a mild obsession with system design).
Going Global—No Passport Required
With strong industry experience and growing international connections, Geofinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. expanded its global footprint by partnering with Outix (Australia) and KLHealth (USA). During this phase, OptERP evolved rapidly with powerful new modules for healthcare, manufacturing, and retail—delivering complex ERP customizations at a scale that felt nothing short of world-class.
The Rise Continues (With Snacks and Strategy)
The year 2025–2026 was a strong growth phase for Geofinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd., expanding to a team of 15 skilled members and serving multiple satisfied clients across healthcare, manufacturing, and personal care sectors. During this period, the company successfully delivered several OptERP implementations that improved operational efficiency, digitized core processes, and strengthened decision-making for clients transitioning from manual systems. With over five innovative products developed and projects delivered locally and globally, Geofinity Solutions built strong market trust and laid a solid foundation for its next phase of growth.

The year 2026–2027 marks a major growth phase for Geofinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd., driven by Nepal’s IT-friendly government policies and increasing demand for digital transformation. We will focus on scaling our five OptERP solutions—Hospital, Fertility, Education, Manufacturing, and SME—while strengthening cloud/SaaS capabilities, product innovation, and customer success. A key priority will be building strategic partnerships, including collaboration with a Netherlands-based technology company, and expanding our ecosystem of implementation partners and resellers. Throughout the year, we aim to accelerate market expansion across Nepal, grow recurring revenue through SaaS models, and strengthen our position as a leading ERP provider supporting healthcare, education, and industry digitalization.
