Our History

2016

Geofinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded by visionary entrepreneurs Jyoti Khanal , Chij Bahadur Lama and Sujit Maharjan with the goal of providing innovative IT solutions tailored to businesses in Nepal and beyond. Starting as a small tech startup, the company focused on software development and IT consultancy services.
2022

Geofinity launched its flagship product, OptERP, an enterprise resource planning system tailored for various industries, including healthcare, education, retail, and construction. The product gained traction in the local market and laid the foundation for future success.
2023

Geofinity expanded its team and opened a new office in Kathmandu. The company gained a reputation for delivering high-quality IT solutions to both private and public sectors, leveraging its expertise in database systems, programming, and ICT mainstreaming.
2024

With nearly a decade of experience, Geofinity became service partner with Outix an Australian Company and KLHealth USA and since then continued its international collaborations. The company focused on further developing OptERP with modules tailored for healthcare, education, and retail sectors.
2025

Geofinity will celebrate its 9th anniversary with a vision to transform industries through technology. The company expanded its global footprint, establishing partnerships with international clients, and introduced AI-driven enhancements to OptERP, solidifying its reputation as a prospects in innovation.
