Geofinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Full Stack - Python Developer to join our team. If you have experience in Backend Development (Python) as well as Frontend Development, and are passionate about building scalable business applications, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement backend logic in Python.
2. Create and optimize REST APIs for seamless integrations.
3. Work with MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL for database management.
4. Debug, test, and improve existing applications.
5. Collaborate with Flutter and UI/UX teams to enhance user experience.
6. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

🔹 Backend Development (Python)

1. Proficient in Python web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
2. Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
3. Knowledge of ORMs (e.g., Django ORM, SQLAlchemy).
4. Implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g OTP, OAuth).

🔹 Frontend Development

1. Strong experience with HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript.
2. Frontend frameworks like React.js.
3. Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or other UI frameworks.
4. Building responsive and accessible UIs (mobile-first design).
5. Integrating frontend with backend APIs efficiently.

🔹 Database Management

1. Hands-on with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
2. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
3. Writing complex queries, performance tuning, and indexing.

🔹 DevOps & Deployment

1. Working knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, basic Kubernetes.
2. Deployment using CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
4. Managing static/media files, cron jobs, and scheduled tasks.

🔹 Version Control & Collaboration

1. Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket workflows.
2. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
3. Writing and maintaining technical documentation.

🔹 Soft Skills

1. Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
2. Good communication and team collaboration.
3. Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Equivalent practical experience in software development will also be considered.
3. Certifications or training in Full Stack Development, Python, Django/Flask, or Frontend Frameworks (React, Vue) are a plus.
